What is powder coating? Powder coating is a type of dry powder which is applied electrostatically and cured with heat to form a "skin" on the part being powder coated. There are different types of powder coat, the most common being: Epoxy, Hybrid, Urethane, and Polyester.

Why is powder coat better than paint?

- Powder coat finish can be applied much thicker than paint without any runs or sags.

- Powder coat emits zero VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).

- Powder coat is much more durable than paint and is able to withstand 300 degree F temperatures.
